機(jī)床用途：該機(jī)床是加工圓柱形深孔零件的專用機(jī)床，適用于圓柱形深孔工件的鏜削加工，鏜孔時(shí)采用授油器供油，通過切削區(qū)，把切屑由排向床頭的排屑斗。
機(jī)床床身導(dǎo)軌為矩形導(dǎo)軌，經(jīng)淬火處理，有較高的耐磨性；床身導(dǎo)軌的中間，安裝著進(jìn)給絲杠。授油器頂緊工件采用伺服電機(jī)，安全可靠。授油器主軸與機(jī)床主軸同心度高，旋轉(zhuǎn)精度好；更換導(dǎo)向套方便。該機(jī)床是一種操作、控制方便加工效率較高的深孔鏜床。
The usage of the machine,the machine is special equipment for machining deep cylindrical hole of workpieces.It suitable for boring the cylindrical workpiece.When boring the hole,the oil is supply from the guide carriage,and take the chips from the cutting area to the equipment of chip conveying on the headstock.

The bed of machine has rectangle guide way which has high abrasive resistance after quenched.The feeding lead screw is equipped between the two guide way.The fixture of the guide carriage and clamping of workpiece is made by the servo motor and it is safe and reliable. The spindle of guide carriage and machine spindle has high concentricity and rotation precision. It is easy to change the guide bush. The machine is a kind of deep hole boring machine with easy to operate and control, high efficiency.
